I like that there is a tank to hold the water so I don’t have to fill it up every time I make a k-cup or pot of coffee. The coffee brews quickly and it is nice and warm. The warmer keeps it at temperature for as long as I need it. The only disadvantage I have seen so far is that the smallest pot of coffee you can make is 4 cups. I usually would want to make 2 cups. Instead, I just use the K-cup option when I only need the lesser amount. I do wish there was a 2 cup option on the coffee pot. The unit is stylish and slim. A lovely compliment to my kitchen. Cleaning is a breeze.
