Thank you for contacting us. We have received your submission.

"Saturday Night Live" star Colin Jost (Colin Jost) and his wife Scarlett Johansson (Scarlett Johansson) ushered in his first child in August, at a price of 2.5 million US dollars Sold his long-term duplex apartment in Manhattan.

Jost has always belonged to him since he bought this two-bedroom, two-bathroom West Village house for US$1.78 million in 2011.

Records show that Jost put the house on the market on October 15th. This is the author of the book "A Very Good Face".

The residence occupies more than 1,400 square feet and has a private terrace-which is rare in the Big Apple.

According to the listing information, the entrance hall is the main living area with exposed brick walls, wood-burning fireplaces and French doors that can lead you through the Juliet balcony overlooking the private garden.

The garden is equipped with a pre-wired projector screen.

Next to the living room is a small kitchen with windows, which has cabinets painted in yellow. The second bedroom on the same floor has shutters and an exposed bathtub.

The list states that the bathtub is open-air to achieve "ultimate relaxation".

The lower level is the master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom, large linen closet, overhead rain shower and walk-in closet.

The building is just a four-unit cooperative, self-managed.

Noble Black and David Son of Douglas Elliman hold the listing.

Jost and Johansson, 36 years old, have been dating since 2017 and got married last year.

But comedians don’t have to worry about where to go next. Between him and the "Black Widow" actress, they own six other properties, including two in Hampton.

Johnson also owns homes in Los Angeles and Snedens Landing in New York, as well as a residential area in Midtown and an apartment for sale since 2019.
