It is undeniable that Mira showers are not cheap, but many showers have unique functions.

Mira Advance Flex (shown below) is designed to be easy to use, with audible beeps and color markings, suitable for visually impaired people, and easy to use.

Redring showers are often very cheap, the design is back to basics, and there are not many extras.

This may make it an ideal choice for first-time homebuyers or those looking to save money. The price of Redring Pure (pictured below) is only £54.

Or you can choose the more expensive Redring Bright shower. It is the same as Pure (same controls and design), but has more features.

The attached shower head has three different spray modes to choose from. In addition, it has a soap box.

We have found cheap Best Buy showers in the past, and many showers are better able to cope with changes in water pressure than showers that are four times the price.

Triton has a variety of showers to suit all budgets-some are only £57, some are over £300.

No matter what you need, this provides you with many options.

If you only need the basic model, or want to save money, Triton Riba may be right for you, without the need to change the shower head or the soap dish. You can buy Triton Riba 9.5kw from Tool Station for £65.

Triton Excite (shown in the picture below) includes all the basic functions on many mid-range showers of the brand. You can buy Triton Excite 9.5kw from Screwfix for £115.

If you want to splash water, Triton T80Z Fast Fit is a thermostatic shower. In theory, this should mean that it maintains a stable temperature. You can buy Triton T80Z Fast-Fit 9.5kW directly from Triton for £125.

Generally speaking, the greater the power of the shower, the more energy and water it uses.

All showers heat water to a set temperature in the same way, so the biggest difference is mainly in how powerful the shower is-if there is less water flowing through the shower, the less energy it uses.
