Quattro in Piazza Ronto Naples will soon be sold out

As there are only 13 houses left and sales are still proceeding fast, the Quattro building of The Ronto Group in Piazza Naples is quickly approaching sold out. Quattro is the fourth building in Piazza Naples, a pedestrian/bicycle community developed by Ronto, located on Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in the center of Naples. Encourage homebuyers interested in living an active downtown lifestyle to make purchasing decisions now. So far, more than $108 million worth of sales have been processed, and more than 80% of the building has been sold. The vertical construction is progressing smoothly, and the building is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.

The remaining residences show Quattro's Espada, Bianca, Dolce, Dario, Dante and Giada floor plans. The floor plans of Fiore and Covina are sold out. Quattro residences range in price from US$2,650,000 to US$3,475,000 and offer the largest living space in the center of Naples and some of the largest apartments. The spacious floor plan designed by Ronto and MHK Architecture & Planning reflects the sense of space and style of each Quattro residence, and invites luxury home buyers to live spaciously while enjoying all aspects of downtown life. Each Quattro residence will lead to a covered outdoor balcony, creating an engaging indoor/outdoor experience.

A community for Espada houses is available for purchase at a base price of US$3,475,000. This 3,853 square foot residence includes 3,358 square feet of aerial space. There is a 495 square foot balcony outside the large room, dining area, owner’s bedroom and one of the rooms, and a separate room from the other guest. 150 square feet of balcony bedroom and study room. Espada’s kitchen includes an island that provides an additional meeting place. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. Faith Fix, ASID, the founder and head of Freestyle Interiors is creating interiors for the furnished Espada model. Residentials previously sold can still be viewed through leaseback by the developer after completion.

Quattro’s four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bathroom Bianca plan provides 3,875 square feet of living space, including 3,437 square feet of sky space and 438 square feet of balcony space. The large room and dining area and two rooms open onto the balcony. The kitchen island provides an additional meeting place while entertaining. The surrounding counter surfaces and cabinets, as well as the walk-in pantry, can satisfy even the most discerning gourmet. The remaining two communities for Dario House are priced at $2,900,000 and $2,950,000 respectively. The Dolce plan also includes three bedrooms, a study and three and a half bathrooms, as well as an L-shaped living area with pocket sliders that open the large room and dining room to a 237-square-foot balcony. The plan includes 2,898 square feet of sky space and 3,135 square feet of living space. An island anchors a kitchen with a walk-in pantry. The remaining block facing the Dolce House has a base price of $2.9 million. There are two homes with Dante floor plans, priced at US$2.9 million. The three-bedroom plus study, three-and-a-half-bathroom plan includes 2,853 square feet of sky, a 274 square feet of covered balcony, and a garage directly accessible from the residence. Courtyard-level residences with extended terraces, including gas grills with sinks, lattice-covered hot tubs, and fire pits are all sold out.
