Heated pool room, spa with sauna, home gym, media room with professional projector... The Tudor-style hotel at 148 Newton Highland Ave offers a variety of convenient facilities.
This 9,999 square foot home is located on 1.02 acres in West Newton Hill and has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and three and a half bathrooms. The Matt Montgomery Group's compass was listed on November 1st at a price of US$6,295,000.
"This is a great play space, a great play space for children and adults," said listing agent Matt Montgomery. "Both the swimming pool and the third floor provide amazing and imaginative play spaces and well-integrated yards."

Montgomery said that the fifth bedroom is on the top floor. There is also a bar and a media room with a drop-down screen and a professional digital projector.
The airy pool house is almost integrated with the outdoors, with a row of glass doors, windows and skylights on one side. The heated space is suitable for the swimming pool, and then there is some space to relax and recline by the water. The bar and lounge area are located at one end, opposite a large fully equipped bathroom with shower, sauna, steam room and dressing room. There is also a shower head on the wall of the main room for swimmers to wash before and after swimming.
Three sets of four-fold doors on one side of the pool house lead to the terrace. Montgomery said that outside there is a grill, a lounge area, a fire pit, a kitchen and a pool area. The pool area has a bar with a pop-up 40-inch flat-screen TV.
He said that the home gym is on the second floor, overlooking the pool room. There is also a basketball court and a half next to the backyard. According to the list, the detached garage can accommodate three cars.
